Join me for my weekly yoga classes that connect breath and movement to help you feel balanced and energised within. Start your weekend with Rise and Shine Yoga or reset midweek with Vinyasa Flow. Open to all levels, each practice offers space to build strength, flexibility, whilst focusing at your own pace.

Rise and Shine

This dynamic vinyasa class guides you through a flowing sequence of creative poses that connect breath and movement. Designed to energise the body and calm the mind, it features purposeful and creative flows that build strength, endurance, and flexibility. The focus of the class is placed on mindful transitions and proper alignment, ensuring each pose flows smoothly and safely, with attention given to how each movement supports the next. Pranayama techniques are seamlessly integrated to deepen breath awareness, enhance focus, and also promote relaxation.

The class is designed to invigorate and challenge you while creating a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to start your weekend with an energising yoga practice or add movement to your day, this session will leave you feeling balanced in both the mind and body.

This class is open to all levels, with options for beginners and intermediates. Everyone is welcome!

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time

Non-Refundable & Transferable: Classes are non-refundable, but your class pass can be transferred to another class within the 24-hour notice period. If a class is cancelled within 24 hours, it will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk folder or contact me directly.

Our booking system accepts payments via credit or debit card for the Vinyasa Flow class. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted for this class.

The cancellation policy for each of my Classes, Retreats, and Workshops may vary. To ensure you have the most accurate information, please refer to the specific page for the Class, Retreat, or Workshop you are interested in. Each will outline the applicable cancellation terms.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for free movement. Layers are recommended, as you might want to adjust depending on how warm you get during practice.

Absolutely! Both classes are open to all levels, and modifications are offered for beginners as well as intermediates. Everyone is welcome to join.

Yes, please bring your own yoga mat to both classes. If you don’t have one, contact us or the studio in advance to check if spares are available.

You can book the Vinyasa Flow class directly on my website using our own booking system, which accepts payments via card. For the Rise and Shine Yoga class, bookings must be made directly through the Urban Zen Yoga Movement studio.
